Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their recurring monthly or annual subscription tier at any time directly through the “Account & Subscription” section of their User Dashboard.

  • Timing of CancellationCancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
  • Access RetentionUpon cancelling, the user will maintain full access to all premium features, higher upload quotas, and active learning queues until the current billing period officially expires. No further renewal charges will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

Because Memodrop.io provides a robust, fully functional free tier allowing users to thoroughly test processing limitations and WhatsApp delivery mechanics prior to upgrading, we generally operate under a strict no-refund policy for partially used billing periods.

  • Review on Case-by-Case BasisIf an exceptional service disruption occurs, or a technical fault prevents automated content delivery, users may contact customer support within 7 days of the transaction. Refund claims under these circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Prorated UpgradesStandard tier upgrades take immediate effect, and any proration or adjustment is calculated automatically by our Merchant of Record payment gateway.
